Kenswed University scholarship program began in 2018 . It is supported by our partners in Sweden namely Global Relations and Zbf foundation. Our mission is to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills they need to become change makers. The scholarship provides economically disadvantaged students with an opportunity to attend various Kenyan universities and colleges to pursue their courses of choice. The program started in 2018 with a total of 7 students. The program has grown and has a total of 51 students.
Where we estimate ourselves
The program also aims to offer training opportunities to the students which will give them a competitive edge in the job market. Students are trained on Work Readiness skills, Entreprenership skills,ICT skills among others to help them stand out from the crowd.
