Our scholarship beneficiaries  are former students of Kenswed Secondary School and therefore would like to inspire their younger brothers and sisters to pursue higher education in order to develop their careers. They are involved in mentoring the high school students. The main aim of this mentorship program is to:

• Goal setting The students meet their mentors regularly who help them assess their academic progress and set short-term and long-term goals while developing a plan of action
• Relationships built on trust Mentors serve as a cheerleader or partner for the students’ academic journey. They help empower students to be independent and encourage them through their challenges
